Desert Growth Investments’ executive team has a depth of experience, ranging from start-up companies to large publicly traded corporations. COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE
Desert Growth Investments has acquired, developed and improved twelve commercial real estate projects since 2002. Our projects to-date include of a total of 408,730 SF, with 161,080 in commercial retail leased space, 151 apartment units, and a mixed-use development of 105 luxury condo units and associated Class A retail/office space. DGI’s development and repositioning strategies more than doubled the value of the portfolio in just three years.
