Martin is responsible for leading and coordinating the acquisition team. He oversees the capital acquisition process and specializes in building and maintaining a national network of Broker/Dealer relationships. Martin has held senior positions at NAI Houston and Marcus and Millichap as an investment manager. He has extensive knowledge in all aspects of commerical real estate and has acquired more than 250 million dollars worth of multi-tenant retail and industrial properties for his clients. He is well known for his outstanding service and insightful strategic planning advice, which earned him Top Ten Producer honors in the Marcus and Millichap National Retail Group in the Houson market. Martin is a graduate of George Mason University and is a CCIM Candidate at the CCIM Institute. He is an Associate member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
