Greg is responsible for all operational activities for Desert Growth Investments and its project ventures. He implements strategic and business plan objectives, and monitors all operations including construction, renovation and capital utiliization of company projects. With ten years of business management experience, Greg brings a strong background in business and systems development. Most recently, Greg held a management position with a 3.5 billion dollar bank holding company where he oversaw Items Processing at two national locations. Greg's training experience includes Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO 9000 among others. He is also a skilled public speaker holding the designation of Competent Communicator with Toastmasters International, and serves on Business Development Committee for Mpowered Youth, and organization that inspires and guides young people everywhere to give back not only to their own community but also the world.
