Previously a Chief Executive Officer of a hospital with annual facility revenues in excess of 225 million dollars, she attributes her success to her ability to select, train and develop extraordinary, high performing teams. She has over 25 years of operations experience and a thorough grasp of effective corporate management systems. She was responsible for the strategic marketing and business development of multiple product lines while directing the design and management of medical office and hospital real estate. Her most recent success was the management and development of an 80 million dollar portfolio of commercial properties for a closely held investment group, achieving record increases in valuation and net profit. She holds executive or board-level positions in several other real estate investment businesses and partnerships. Arlene holds a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix.
